Treehouse
On the scenic boardwalk between the Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Baytowne Marina, you’re sure to catch sight of our fabulous treehouse. We like to think it brings back memories of simpler times and we created it for kids of all ages and the young at heart, because really there’s nothing like a treehouse to bring out the Tom Sawyer in all of us.
Marina Beach Bonfires
A Sandestin favorite! Close out a fun Sandestin day, make memories, or have a romantic firelit evening. We provide the chairs, fire, additional wood, and the scenic backdrop at the beach, Marina, or bay. You bring the stories. All bonfire packages begin at $500.00 plus taxes and service charge. Dunes Putting Course
An 18-hole putt-putt course that's fun for the whole family! This hidden gem is located on the resort's Beachside.

Club KZ, open during the summer season, provides a unique opportunity for children to learn valuable skills and make new friends through our entertaining and educational programs.
The Marina
Located adjacent to the Village, our colorful Baytowne Marina is where guests, residents, and locals come together to enjoy the picturesque Choctawhatchee Bay. Our full-service 226-slip marina accommodates yachts up to 140 feet and you can charter whatever boat you want to float. We’ve got light tackle fishing charters, pontoon boat rentals, WaveRunners, and YOLO SUP boards. All your favorite waterfront activities in one place.
