Our Action Committee for Employees (ACE) was started with a basic principle: to be a committee dedicated to the well-being and happiness of Sandestin employees. Managed by our employees for our employees, the Committee is comprised of team member from across many different departments who come together on a volunteer basis to plan and execute staff events, encourage participation in community events and assist employees in times of need and extreme hardship. Consider it yet another example of how we care for our staff.
