A Perfect Day in Sandestin with My Bestie

1. Morning Beach Bliss 

Our day always starts with a sunrise beach walk. There’s something magical about the early morning light dancing on the waves. We grab our iced coffees (because caffeine is life, right?) and stroll along the shoreline, chatting about everything under the sun. The sound of the waves is the best background music for our endless conversations.

2. Brunching It Right 

Next, it’s brunch time! We head over to the Ruby Slipper Café. Their Eggs Cochon is to die for, and their mimosas are the perfect way to kick off the day. We linger over our meal, planning the day ahead and indulging in a bit of people-watching.

3. Adventure Time: Paddleboarding 

After brunch, we’re ready for some adventure. Sandestin is a water lover’s dream, and we always rent paddleboards to explore the bay. It’s a mix of fun and a workout, and we love paddling around, laughing as we try (and sometimes fail) to keep our balance.

4. Shopping Spree at The Village of Baytowne Wharf 

No girl’s day out is complete without a bit of shopping. We hit up The Village of Baytowne Wharf for some retail therapy. From cute boutiques to unique shops, it’s the perfect place to find something special. We always make sure to stop by Beth Christina Art to get permanent jewelry as a lasting memory of our trip. Plus, there are always fun events and live music, making it a lively spot to hang out.

5. Lunch at Marina Bar & Grill 

After working up an appetite, we head to Marina Bar & Grill, which is located right on the bay. The views are stunning, and their fish tacos are a must-try. It’s the perfect place to chill, chat, and enjoy the beauty of Sandestin.

6. Afternoon Pampering

No perfect day is complete without a bit of pampering. We treat ourselves to a spa session at Spa Lilliana at Hotel Effie Sandestin, Autograph Collection. From facials to massages, we leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It's the ultimate way to unwind and treat ourselves.

7. Sunset Cruise

As the day winds down, we hop on a sunset cruise. There’s nothing more breathtaking than watching the sun set over the water with your best friend by your side. We toast with a glass of champagne, soaking in the beauty and serenity of the moment.

8. Dinner at The Village 

For dinner, we head back to The Village of Baytowne Wharf. With its variety of dining options, we choose something new each time. Whether it’s fresh seafood, gourmet burgers, or exotic dishes, the food is always amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect for a bestie celebration.

9. Nighttime Fun at The Village 

We end our day at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. With its vibrant nightlife, we dance the night away or simply enjoy a drink at one of the cozy bars. It’s the perfect way to wrap up our amazing day.
